What technical support do you offer?

Mybridity partners with local providers who are dedicated to technical support. We will use them to clarify options for the best connectivity to your planned workspace and they will engage directly to provide remote technical support, comms services, AV solutions, hardware and security solutions for people and businesses working remotely.

I’ve had my office a long time. Is it worth refurbishing?

It’s worth a discussion. Products have advanced significantly in recent years and, depending on the condition of the core infrastructure, aesthetic improvements are feasible. Drop us a line and let’s discuss your ideas and together we’ll work out what investment is worth making.

I have a new team but I’m too busy to coach, can you help?

Yes, we can help. We are certified coaches and have built and delivered numerous coaching programmes both independently and in collaboration with our friends at Transform Performance. Let’s discuss the challenges in front of you and the target outcomes.

How do we get started with growth consulting?

We will work together to define challenges and objectives before agreeing target outcomes, timeframes and the engagement model.

What is sales effectiveness mapping?

Over the course of many engagements Mybridity has development a template to capture and organise the key pillars of an effective sales engine. The weighting of the pillars may vary across projects, but they are always relevant. We’ve grown to understand how the pillars fit together and what an effective sales engine should look like. Through a discovery process we objectively map the status of these pillars and provoke debate about where and how improvements could be realised.

When would we use an external person to help with our remote sales management?

Scenarios include early-stage businesses who are not ready to attract and retain the right calibre of hire, cover for unexpected events, planned events with no immediate alternative, or support for discreet initiatives that are not mature enough to warrant a full-time hire. An experienced interim, or fractional sales manager, can help calm the waters and ensure the fundamentals are working while contributing to decisions about the best next steps for the business.
